Jungle lights up Showbox Market

We were thrilled to finally catch Jungle perform live and played their latest For Ever the whole way to the Showbox Market. The modern soul collective based in London was founded by childhood friends Tom McFarland and Josh Lloyd-Watson back in 2013 and has turned into a seven piece touring around the world. Everyone was happy to be thereand dance to some feel good tunes on a Friday night. Don’t worry if you missed it they return in July for Block Party so make sure to grab tickets while you can.

Their stage was setup with impressive panel lighting taking up most of the background and on top you could see Jungle illuminated in their signature design. The band took the stage and kicked the night off with high energy creating a good vibe feel. We swayed back and forth to “Beat 54,” “Heavy, California,” “Drops,” “Cherry,” and “Casio,” to name a few of our favorites. Their lighting panel was providing some incredible patterns and was a perfect pair for the music.

The seven members showcased their unique talent filling up the room with upbeat sounds and perfectly synched harmonies that sounded amazing live. The highlight of the night came during their encore with “Busy Earnin’,” and “Time,” that were so clear sounding it transported us to another place. We can’t wait to catch them again in the summertime, make sure we see you there!
